In a trade with the New England Free Jacks, Chicago received scrumhalf Sean Yacoubian in exchange for salary cap considerations during the 2023 MLR season.

Yacoubian appeared in one game for the Colorado Raptors during his 2020 rookie season before the year was cut short. He signed with New England in the offseason and over the last two seasons, the scrumhalf appeared in four contests for the Freejacks.

Yacoubian has six carries in his career for 38 meters gained (6.3 MPC) and has made all ten of his tackle attempts. He was a two-time collegiate All-American with St. Mary’s.
