Peyton Wall
The Hounds selected Peyton Wall in the first round of the 2025 Major League Rugby collegiate draft with the tenth overall pick. The outside back enjoyed a standout career at Indiana University, where Hounds players Bryce Campbell and Noah Brown both played collegiately.
The Fort Wayne, Indiana native attended Leo High School, where he was a standout in both football and rugby. In 2019, he was named as one of the 15 best high school football players in northeast Indiana. After his successful high school career, he committed to the University of Indiana.
As a Hoosier, Wall continued to rack up the accolades. He was a standout player for Indiana as an underclassmen and the national rugby media began to take notice. In 2023, Wall was named as a finalist for the Rudy Scholz award, given annually to the best men’s collegiate rugby player in the nation. He followed that up with an equally impressive senior campaign the following year. Wall earned first-team All-Big 10 honors last year and was named the conference’s Most Valuable Player. He did this while helping Indiana to the 2024 Big 10 conference title.
