Renewal Process
Fans enrolled in the Locked in for Life program must renew their tickets each season to keep their Locked in for Life prices.

Renewal Window Opens: October 15th

The renewal window opens on October 15th and preexisting Season Ticket Holders, including Locked in for Life enrollees are granted a two-week window to renew their season tickets.

Accept Purchase Intent

Hounds Ticketing will email Season Ticket Holders a purchase intent once the window opens. Fans must accept this Purchase Intent before the renewal window closes.

The Chicago Hounds first introduced the Locked in for Life program ahead of the 2024 Major League Rugby season.

When fans purchased a season ticket during the Locked in for Life promotion, they literally locked in their season ticket price for life.

Season Ticket Holders that are enrolled in the Locked in for Life program can renew their season tickets during the annual renewal window. Renewing their season tickets in the Renewal Window guarantees the opportunity to purchase the same seats that they had in previous seasons.
